2.科研工作

研究方向主要聚焦于医药健康和生命科学领域,开展多学科交叉融合研究,研究课题主要包括蛋白-药物超分子体系、药物递送体系、计算机辅助药物设计和药物晶体学方向的基础研究及工程应用转化。目前已发表SCI论文40余篇,ESI高被引论文1篇。承担国家自然科学基金、国家博士后基金等科研项目10余项。

2.1研究方向

(1) 蛋白-配体超分子体系相互作用研究

建立蛋白质、多肽、DNA等生物大分子与药物、天然活性成分等化学小分子之间的相互识别模式,是化学、药学以及生命科学等多学科领域的研究热点。基于多种现代分析测试技术和计算机模拟等手段,对作用机理、结合方式、结构特性、结合构象进行深入探讨,有助于了解蛋白质结构和功能等生物学本质,为理解药代动力学和药效学提供理论依据。

(2) 药物靶向递送体系研究

提高药物的靶向性和治疗效果,实现药物智能递送和控制释放是药剂学的重要研究课题之一,基于环糊精、MOF、脂质体等生物功能材料,利用纳米技术、分子生物学和药物化学方法,开发新型药物载体和递送系统,实现药物的靶向递送和控释。

(3) 药物晶体学研究

晶型、单晶、共晶、多晶研究是药物一致性评价和新药研发的重要环节,不同的药物固体形态具有不同的熔点、溶出、稳定性等理化性质,从而影响药物的药效、毒副作用和生物利用度。通过对结晶和转晶过程研究,筛选优势晶型,明确晶体结构,为后续优势固态药用形式设计提供基础。
